Are you hardworking but worried that you won't get into your dream school with your current SAT, ACT, or GRE score? Is your child smart, but worried they're not achieving their full potential in their math class? Let's get started on a plan to meet your goal.
I have done the research into college entrance exams like the SAT, ACT, and GRE. When my students tutor with me, they get to jump straight into the material. That means less confusion on where to start and more time studying and raising their scores.
Excelling at math involves understanding the "why" of each topic. Even students who usually struggle with math can achieve mastery when they have help finding that deeper understanding.
By providing test-prep, study strategies, discovery learning, homework help and more, I teach my students the course content as well as strategies to succeed in their future courses on their own.
"I was studying for a math placement test that could determine whether or not I could skip particular college-level math courses, and thanks to her, I aced it! Thanks so much for the easy to understand and fun instruction! :)"
- Daniel, college student
"Kaitlin has a unique grasp on mathematical concepts and a special ability to break these concepts down and communicate them in plain terms, so children understand. As a former elementary school teacher and mother, I would strongly recommend her as a tutor.”
- Kim, mother of high school student
"She’s very accommodating and understanding. If I wouldn’t have come across her services I don’t think I would have gotten any better in my college trig course. She is a phenomenal tutor; you will not be sorry with your decision to hire her.”
- Zacara, college student
My name is Kaitlin Cruit, and I am an NTA Certified tutor. I started tutoring 5 years ago, when I was studying math in college. I benefited so much from the tutors I had, and I want my students to have the same opportunities to succeed. Any student can reach mastery in their math course.
Let me prove it to you!

Contact me at (863) 521-3029 or KaitlinCruit@gmail.com. Let's have a conversation, in-person or over the phone, about what you or your student would like to get from tutoring, at no charge.
Almost all of my tutoring sessions end with my students saying, "That wasn't as hard as I thought!" School teachers don't have the time to teach every topic in multiple ways. Since different students have different learning styles, many students will be left behind, unrelated to their inherent math ability. It often just takes a different explanation or new strategy to allow those students to succeed.
Every student has unique needs for support. Tell me more about what you are hoping a tutor can do for you, and I will start on a plan to help you get what you need.
